职位描述

Sales/Business Development

We’re looking for an aggressive, experienced, and self motivated sales/business development person who will be responsible for business development and sales in China domestic and other Asian countries for electric scooters and skateboards.


Responsibilities:

1. Develop business and sales to China market and other Asia countries.

  • Identify, develop and sell directly to retailers;
  • Identify and establish distributors network;
  • Develop good relationships with China retail sales offices;
  • Help to setup and manage domestic China online sales;

2. Implement the company marketing strategy and products positioning, achieve the sales target set by the company;

3. Proactively collect and analyze the relevant market info, bring information timely to the management team;

4. Organize marketing related activities such as trade show if need;

5. Provide professional consulting for customers and detailed training to distributors;

6. Establish and maintain good relationships with new/existing customers and distributors;

7. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales activities and forecasting monthly sales;

8. Work with management team on sales prices to ensure maximum gross profit;

9. Keep close eyes on the accounts receivable and customer credits, avoid and control the potential risks;

10. Be familiar with company existing products and bring forward the instructive proposals on the product R&D from the sales and customer demand’s point of view;


Qualifications/Requirements:

1. 4 years University degree, love sales work;

2. At least 3 years relevant domestic/ foreign sales experience in a foreign trading company, with sporting goods/toys sales experience preferred, having rich retailer resources and relationship in relevant industry is a good advantage;

3. Customer driven and margin target orientated, be able to work under pressure;

4. Excellent communication skills with both customers/distributors and internal colleagues, good team player;

5. Fluent in English (written and oral) and Mandarin (written and oral);

6. Able to work independently and willing to travel frequently;

7. Have Passion and "Can-Do-Attitude;

8. Creative thinking, self-motivated, hard work with high sense of responsibility, honest and reliable;

9. Strong computer skills including but not limited to power point, email, Word, Excel, etc.
