Job Description:

1.Be responsible of order quality and technical.

2.Be responsible of garment technical indicator (includes fabric, trims), sewing quality, demanding of wearing risk control, be able to solve problems in time.

3. Prevent potential problems, be able to make plans while problems happened, summarize solutions and impart to other staffs.

4. Check samples and give suggestions/comments to the unreasonable points, and make right judgments from technical aspects, propose solutions.

5. Solve inadequate technical problems during production.

6. Communicate with Merchandisers, give accurate and timely information.

7. Communicate with suppliers about garment technician matter.

Job Requirements:

1. Have Diploma and higher education.

2. 5 years working experience with similar position.

3. Proficient garment technician, read pattern, understand pattern structure.

4. Be Familiar with bulk production process, and factory working way.

5. Be proficient in garment technical indicator, workmanship of woven products, familiar with peculiarity of fabrics and trims. Know interlining and fabric matching, the process requirements of different fabrics.

6. Careful and responsible.

7. Good communication skill and a team player.

8. Good at MS Office.

9. Be able to work in English.

JD 工作描述：

1. 负责公司的服装订单的质量和技术。

2. 负责国外对服装的各项技术指标（包括面、辅料的技术指标）、缝制质量、穿着的风险控制等需求，并能及时协调处理题目。3. 对服装可能发生的问题能做到事前有预防，发生时有应急方案，发生后及时总结并传授解决方案。

4. 检查样衣，提出不合理问题的正确意见，做出技术方面的正确判断，并提出合理的解决方案

5. 解决生产过程中达不到要求的工艺技术问题

6. 与业务员沟通技术问题，信息及时、准确

7. 与服装厂进行沟通与协调服装技术相关工作

任职资格：

1. 大专及以上学历。

2. 5年以上同类型岗位工作经验。

3. 精通服装工艺流程，能看懂纸样，理解纸样的结构。

4. 熟悉大货生产操作方法和生产现场的操作手势。

5. 精通服装工艺要求，熟悉各类面辅料特性，梭产品的工艺要求，了解服装生产各个环节，懂得衬布和面料匹配度、不同面料的工艺要求。

6. 工作认真仔细，有责任心。

7. 有良好的沟通能力及团队合作意识。

8. 熟练使用电脑办公，会使用WORD、EXCEL等办公软件。

9. 能用英文工作。
