1. 2年以上C#软件开发经验；
2. 具有丰富的WPF或Silverlight开发经验，至少独立完成一个界面开发项目；
3. 能够独立编写WPF控件；
4. 熟练应用WPF特性，对内存处理有较强的认知；
5. 熟练使用Blend制作任意界面，掌握自绘控件制作方法；
6. 熟悉Sql Server、Oracle、Mysql等主流数据库
7. 熟悉串口，USB，TCP/IP，Webservice软件开发
8. 熟悉Socket编程、线程处理，DLL开发等编程技术
9. 具有独立开发和解决问题的能力；

10. 具有仓储管理项目经验，掌握RFID阅读器软件开发和测试方法优先；
11. 能按照公司要求提供完整规范相关技术文档
