职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Assist the sales persons to go through the contract internal progress.
2. Take responsible for the administration work of the department
3. Check and be responsible for the reimbursements of department staff
4. Book the time recording for the design department
5. Assist to prepare the bidding work, including making authorization letter and the other bid documents
6. Book the hotel and air tickets
7. Assist the coordination work between our department and the other departments
8. Finish the other work assigned by COO
Requirement:
1. College degree or above, major in English or Computer related subjects;
2. 3 years working experience;
3. Team work and patient;
4. Good English in both written and oral;
5. Work under pressure
