Documentation Coordinator （单证协调员）

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain a positive working relationship with all Bravo Sports Factories. Actively communicate and request timely documentation from all factories.

2. Primary responsibility is to prepare all import documentation for Bravo Sports US direct import clients.

3. Prepare import documentation related to customs clearance for certain customers.

4. Work closely with Bravo Sports customs broker to ensure timely customs clearance and shipment release.

5. Work closely with Bravo Sports accounting department, customer representatives and banks to expedite cash collections.

6. Assist in developing and improving processes and procedures related to documentation responsibilities.

7. Support and assist other departments as needed during slow periods.

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. More than one year's relevant working experience. College Degree is a plus.
2. Working knowledge of common import documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, FCR, bills of lading, certificate of origin, certificates of inspection, etc).

3. Experience with Letters of Credit and open account letters.

4. Fluent in English (written and oral) and Mandarin (written and oral).
5. Capable of working with English language business systems (e.g. purchasing and inventory management systems).
6. Good communication skills with the suppliers, head-office and team members.
7. Must have excellent time management skills & result-oriented.
8. Highly self-motivated and must be able to work under pressure and tight schedules.
9. Must have strong computer skills, email, Word, Excel etc.

10.Must have strong attention to detail.
