Position Title: HRS Travel Consultant (Implant) - 驻司差旅顾问 (呼叫中心客服)
Department: Customer Service
Business Hotel Reservation Service (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
Location: Beijing, China
Reports to: Team Leader Travel Consultant
PURPOSE OF POSITION / 简单描述该职位主要任务:
- Handling customer incoming enquiries, bookings, long stays, etc.
- Follow up standard operation target.
- Collect information and report about daily operation as requested,
- Communication with Superiors & Management
- Following tasks assigned by Superiors / Management
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / 主要职责:
1. Independently handling incoming enquiries, bookings, cancellations etc.
2. Handling customers’ complaints.
3. Achieving defined targets with quality and quantity.
4. Following defined procedures (SOP) in the call centre.
5. Taking on additional tasks assigned by Superiors / Management.
6. Collecting requested information from customer side if necessary.
7. Reporting to Superiors & Management the daily operation weekly.
8. Participating in Customer Service training courses (every 6 months, the training period will be at least one month).
Qualifications / 学历要求: College or university degree above
Business/Technical Skills / 相关技能:
- Excellent communication skills;
- Problem solving;
- Sense of responsibility;
- Independent and customer friendly;
- Good Microsoft Windows Knowledge.

1. Fresh graduated and Internship are welcome
2. We have monthly review to monitor individual career development
