Major duties:
--Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and ensure that sufficient funds are always available to meet the company's liabilities;
--Administer relationships with the tax authorities, government offices, banks, professional firms, auditors, etc.
--Invoicing, credit control and collection of payment with direct clients;
--Coordination with sales department and the accounting colleagues in facilitating sales data operation, including analysis and reporting;
--Daily communications with management and colleagues, as well as research of accounting and reporting matters and ensure that proper consideration is given to any implications that may impact the company;
--Other Ad hoc assignments from time to time.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in Accounting/Finance
Experience:
--At least five years experience in MNCs, manufacturing companies preferred;
--At least three years experience as senior supervisor or manager in financial function, covering accounting, reporting, costing, budgeting and analyzing;
--Fluent oral and written English; communicate with HQ in conference call frequently
--Having accounting certificate,CPA is preferred.

--Extensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles;
--Exposure and knowledge in import/export businesses;
--Self-motivate personality with ready-to-learn attitude
--Analytical and ability to work independently with high team work spirit ,good communication skills;
--Demonstrated strength in the ability to follow up and to provide superior customer service to clients and co-workers; such factors as attitude, work habits, etc.
