职位描述
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES/职位要求:
1.To insure the products approval in each development and industrialization stage according to the Contract Revision goals保证产品按照合同的要求通过研发和工业化阶段的审核。
2.To define the product quality and process objectives basing on the client specification and quality standards established by the direction.根据客户的要求和公司制定的质量标准确定产品质量和工艺的目标。
3.To determine the approval and reliability plan of the product guaranteeing its achievement.编写确定产品可靠性认证计划。
4.To ensure that in each development stage the methodology established continues. (functional analysis, AMFE, statistics tools, etc)保证在每个发展阶段应用工具的一致性。
5.To define, manage and update the quality file regarding the client demand and procedures established for the division in the Quality Plan编写，管理和更新客户要求和质量计划中的文件。
6.To take part in the quality requirement definition of the suppliers who take part in the development stage and evaluate, guide the quality of the suppliers.参与制定对相关供应商的质量要求，对供应商质量进行监督和指导。
QUALIFICATIONS/任职资格:
1.Bachelor degree of engineering or science degree理工科专业本科以上学历。
2.Good ability of oral and written English具有口语交流和书面表达英语的能力。
3.3 years of working experience in similar position, prefer in stamping or plastic parts.3年以上相关工作经验，懂冲压件或注塑件尤佳。
4.Strong Ability to analyze and solving problems具有较强的分析和解决问题的能力。
5.Good sense of customer service and team spirit具备服务客户和团队合作的精神。
