Major Responsibilities:
1. In charge of overall talent management & development strategy and be able to communicate and work effectively with related stakeholders and functions within CSTS and cross Citi franchise.
2. Work with business and HRGs to define high potential/ Succession Plan with senior management, follow up with talent development actions to ensure talent pipelines are appropriately developed

3. Long & short term training & development plan design according to business needs.

4. Partnership on Country/Regional/Global development programs.
5. Oversees training budget, ensure effective ROI.
6. Training course design, deliver, training status analysis and program follow up.
7. Technology management program design and follow up.
8. Oversees training policy, process, and service binding agreement.
9. Learning system owner and maintaining
10. Ensuring compliance with local laws & internal policies
11. Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
1. More than 8 years related experiences in HR field
2. Able to communicate effectively with multiple parties
3. Good English & Chinese skill
