Scope:
Manage retail operations and staff, providing leadership and managing of the boutiques in area to maintain growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
？ Manage daily shop operations in the area
？ Monitor and manage inventory and stock in the store
？ Plan and implement retail strategy to achieve sales goal
？ Monitor sales trends, purchase and sales promotion activities
？ Determine the areas of responsibilities for each employee to ensure a smooth workflow
？ Manage operations budget in order to review and interpret financial and operational information as appropriate
？ Communicate store and company objectives so both management and staff are well informed
？ Identify the training needs of employees and oversee their implementation

Skills
？ Degree holder in related discipline
？ Minimum 5 years relevant experience with minimum 2 years at managerial level and preferable in international luxury fashion brands
？ Excellent communications & interpersonal skills
？ Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
？ Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
