Responsibilities 职责:
1. To assist and act as the support to the project manager and design team to do CAD & 3D & construction drawing works
协助配合项目负责人和设计部做好CAD平面图，3D效果图和施工图绘制工作，负责项目绘图方面的支持服务工作
2. In charge of Drawings and design adjustment, print and archive
负责图纸及设计的调整，打印及存档
3.Any other tasks which assigned by superior

Requirements
任职资格
Tertiary qualifications in Architectural or Interior Design
室内设计类相关专科及以上学历
Familiar with drawing HVAC graphs.
熟悉暖通、消防、电气绘图
Expertise in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Photoshop, or Revit. Able to render by using 3DMax would be a plus.
熟练掌握CAD， Sketchup, PS 或Revit等制图软件，了解3DMax更优
Familiar with luxury brand boutique designing is desirable
熟悉高端品牌精品店设计者更为理想
An excellent understanding of design processes.
了解设计程序
Ability to liaise with designers and clients, actively seeking the information required for the project.
有能力与设计师客户沟通
Effective time management to deliver work and meet deadlines.
高效率并能在指定时限内完成任务
Posses the right work attitude, responsible and follow superior's instruction
拥有正确的工作态度，责任心强，服从上司的安排
