Job Description:

- Space planning/ free hand sketching/ detail and concept design which shall meet building and safety codes as well the client's needs for function, durability and accessibility.

- Lead the CAD staff to produce drawings up to standard

- Responsible for work allocation of his/her own team

- Responsible for each project’s direction, develop the design theme and responsible for the main concept design

- Responsible for design presentation design for any tender project and communicate witht the Client

- Reponsible for the project’s design and development’s planning, input and output

- Responsible for design and development’s review and confirm

- Control the whole design process and design change

- Responsible for any drawing production and design service’s control and confirm

- Responsible for the design product and service’s supervision and evaluation

- Responsible for defect control and rectification

Requirement:

- Prefer university graduates

- At least 5 years working experience with Corporate Office Fit-out projects

- Detailed knowledge of and experience with the complete project development cycle.

- Excellent free hand sketching/space planning skill

- Diligent and can work at pressure and detail oriented

- Have excellent spoken/written English & Chinese ability. Good presentation skill is a plus

- Staff Management/Leadership skills.

- Commitment to teamwork and collaboration with diverse groups of people

- Ability to develop projects from concept design stage through to finished stage on site.

- Experience of Budgets and Cost Estimation is a plus

职位要求：

- 大专学历，本科优先

- 至少5年以上办公室室内装饰的经历

- 对整个项目进程各细节的丰富阅历

- 优秀的手绘和平面空间规划能力

- 工作努力认真细致，能在强压下工作

- 英语听说读写流利。优秀的演示能力尤佳

- 有团队领导能力

- 具有良好的组织协调和团队协作精神,协助完成团队整体目标

- 有预算控制和预估的能力
