1. Organize and plan the workload allocation in the PM team, which will include supporting key opportunities, executing the NPI phase of the opportunity, and where applicable supporting the ongoing QCD performance for a particular customer.
2. Define and implement key processes that will support the execution and management of the “Product Life Cycle”.
3. Ensure that Design for Manufacture and Quality Tools are embedded into the product development lifecycle to mitigate risk and improve project contribution to business objectives.
4. Ensure that the New Product Introduction Process is executed through a cross-functional team.
5. Approach, completed on time, within budget and to the required QCD parameters.
6. Implement risk management through continuous monitoring of the project schedule, identification of key risks, and completion of key functional tasks through management of the cross functional team.
7. Report on all projects status to the management team, identify key risks, and implement countermeasures.
8. Support operational customer reviews for series manufacture, and where required represent the company in customer performance reviews.
9. Take personal responsibility for a key account within the organization.
10. Following the NPI procedure.
11. Maintain & improve the relationship with customer who is responsible for and ensure salesforecast fulfillment.
12. Play a role of key point contact with customer in project team, assist in managing product life cycle from NPI to EOL.
13. Understand & transfer the customer requirements, quality & delivery complaints to relevant department to deal with, and timely give customer a response.
14. Be responsible for customer satisfactory investigation & keep the performance at a high level.
15. Be accountable for sales forecast update and assist finance to solve the overdue issue.
16. Deal with RFQ, prepare bidding proposal, price review with customer.
17. Visit customer & arrange customer visit.
18. Timely fulfill other tasks of company, such as customer review & update etc.
19. Performance assessment for Subordinates.
20. Train and improve Subordinates’ skills for their jobs.
