Job Function

1. Perform daily facility maintenance, analyze and solve the machine problem in time

从事日常设施、公共场所维修工作，及时诊断，分析和解决问题

2. Be responsible for lighting equipment maintenance in workshop.

负责车间照明灯的维护

3. Be responsible for construction, pipeline(including compressed air and water) and fire equipment maintenance

负责厂房、管道（包括水和压缩气）和消防设施的维护

4. Real-time follow up the contractor and subcontractor activities.

实时跟进承包商和下游承包商的工作

5. Come out facility spare parts consumption proposal

提交设施备件消耗建议

6. Assistant maintenance technician to repair machine

协助维修技术员修理设备

7. Be responsible for air cons maintenance and repair

负责所有空调的维修和维护

8. Complete other tasks assigned by superior.

完成上级交给其它任务

Qualification and Requirement

1. Technical secondary school or above in civil

中专以上学历

2. heating ventilation and air conditioning with about 3 to 5years experience of working

3-5年以上相关工作经验
