Job Description
People within the Client Operations-IO workgroup are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Client Operations is where the majority of Services people reside and, typically, people in the workgroup are based permanently at a client location. Infrastructure Outsourcing (IO) is the ongoing management and/or improvement of activities related to a part or to the whole of a technical infrastructure (eg information systems, security systems, telecommunications networks), allowing companies to focus on their core business and competencies.

Your learning program will be determined by the requirements of your specific role but will usually involve specialized skills as well as personal and leadership development. Job Scope:
Provide specialist support with the maintenance, development and security of the Email system and associated services as a member of the Technical Services team within IT Services. Participate in internal and external networks to ensure the successful integration and delivery of IT services across the Company. Maintain an awareness of developing applications and technologies, evaluating the impact on existing systems architecture, and the development of areas of specialization.Position
Responsibilities:
· Assist with the installation, configuration and maintenance of Email servers and applications to facilitate electronic communication practices and email interchange in accordance with Company and industry user policies and regulations.
· Monitor capacity and initiate action to resolve any shortfalls according to agreed procedures.
· Develop maintenance schedules and procedures, monitoring system performance, activity and identifying email abuse using a wide range of software diagnostic tools and techniques, collecting performance statistics and creating reports.
· Conduct security risk assessments for defined business applications or IT installations and provide guidance and advice regarding procedural and technical controls.
· Develop, maintain and document detailed knowledge of systems management and process improvement, updating configuration management records where necessary. Apply tools, techniques and processes for administering configuration items and related information.
· Distribute and manage email addresses, subscription lists and unsubscription options on the network.
· Manage Email authentication methodologies and secure messaging technologies for all types of messaging to ensure the protectio
