Responsibilities

1. Organize production following production plans, Achieve lead time, productivity and Quality targets.

2. Propose and take actions to continuously improve lead time, productivity and Quality.

3. Ensure availability and implementation of work instructions (PPI and PDN) and operating procedures.

4. Supervise and direct production team, provide related training to operators.

5. Ensure that safety principles are followed set up 6S in the workshop.

6. Ensure effective deployment of manpower and other resource.

7. Prepare weekly and monthly KPIs update and tracking.

8. Solid the SMT/PCBA & Final Assembly process experience, and maintain workshop operations comply ISOs.

9. Co-work with Engineering, QA to solve the process and material problems.

10. Report to Production Manager directly.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree in engineering and manufacturing. SMT/PCBA & FA experience will be a plus.

2. 3 years above supervisory experience in production, with planning background will be preferred. Leading 100 persons above team.

3. Be familiar with ERP system.

4. Solid lean manufacturing concept, be familiar with Kaizen, can Lead team to achieve annual target of Kaizen.

5. Can quick response and very good execution in manufacturing principles.

6. Fluent in English is a plus.
