SUMMARY:

The Equipment Engineer is responsible for outsourcing boiler auxiliary equipment engineering work.

Essential Job Functions:

l Develop technical specifications; prepare RFQ and Purchase Order technical documents. Perform technical bid analysis and evaluations for the purchase of boiler auxiliary equipment. The Equipment Engineer should be competent of some area of boiler auxiliary equipment engineering. The auxiliary equipment would include, but not be limited to, rotary air heater, steam coil air heater, coal feeder, limestone/sand/fly ash pneumatic conveying system blowdown tanks, air tanks sootblowers, fans, blowers, pumps, motor, oil/gas burners, air cannon, ESP, SCR, SNCR, Silo Top filter system, damper and valves.

l Prepare boiler auxiliary equipment datasheet, list, or basic design information for engineering deliverables.

l Engineering review of vendor supplied drawings, specifications, datasheets, and other documents for compliance with project requirements.

l Support the proposal effort on boiler auxiliary equipment.

l Participate in the development of the project schedule to define boiler auxiliary equipment engineering deliverables and input requirements.

l Participate in engineering investigations of auxiliary equipment problems and trouble shooting.

l Support develop qualified auxiliary equipment supplier.

Education and Experience Requirements:

l Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

l 5+ years of experience in boiler related auxiliary equipment.

Skills Requirements:

l Fluent oral and written in English.

l Be familiar with boiler and boiler system.

l Knowledge of boiler auxiliary equipment related standard and code, such as ASME, API, NFPA, etc.

l Strong and effective communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

l Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities

l Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills, shares expertise with others

Physical Requirements:

Health, Occasional travel to other offices and jobsites will be required.

至今，我们已经为世界各地提供了近2亿多千瓦的锅炉设备，销售并交付了331台煤粉炉、403台循环流化床（CFB）锅炉、410台余热锅炉（HRSG），1007台工业锅炉，50台太阳能聚热锅炉和1075台磨煤机。
