工作职责：
1、参与临床试验中心的筛选、CRF表设计、研究者会议组织等前期准备工作；
2、遵照研究方案、GCP及公司SOP要求，启动、监察和结束临床试验；
3、管理并解决研究基地发生的一切与研究有关的问题；
4、负责监查临床研究质量、跟踪研究进度及临床试验工作协调等；
5、协助项目经理完成样品发放、合同付款、总结报告盖章等工作；
6、发生严重不良事件，应及时、准确地向项目经理报告。

任职要求：
1、临床医学专业本科以上；
2、2年以上相关工作经验；
3、英语、计算机熟练；
4、良好的分析、沟通能力；
5、能适应经常出差。
