Job Description:

- Master and follow the company’s drawing standard strictly. Understand the key points of each design stage and assist the designer to develop concept design till production of construction drawing. Assist the designer to collect material or relevant information

- Produce construction quality drawing in time and make revision accordingly

- Assist the designer to double check drawings or design during design development

- Drawing filing according to the company’s standard, including project name, type, stage, start time, completion time, drawing volume, revision, update, etc.

- Assist the Designer or Project Manager with site survey

- Master and improve professional software skills including CAD

Requirement:

- 2 years CAD experience

- Good skill of AutoCAD and Photoshop is essential

- Good free hand sketching ability

- Ability to oversee construction drawing package

- Good knowledge of construction detailing

- Good communication skills

- English language ability is essential

职位描述：

- 熟练掌握公司制图规范，严格按照公司的规范操作。了解设计各阶段的工作重点，并在设计各阶段配合设计师将设计意图落实成图纸，配合设计师完成材料收集、资料收集等工作

- 按计划保质保量完成各项工程的施工图绘制任务；及时修改调整的方案。

- 在深化图纸的过程中，协助设计师发现问题解决问题。

- 做好工作记录，包括项目名称、类型、所属阶段、开始时间、完成时间，图纸总量；修改次数、返工原因。等

- 配合设计师或PM进行工地现场测量；

- 熟练掌握CAD等专业软件，不断提高相关技能。

要求：

- 2年以上CAD工作经验

- 熟练运用AutoCAD及Photoshop

- 有一定手绘技巧

- 能看懂施工图纸

- 具有施工细节方面的知识

- 良好的沟通能力

- 良好的英语表达能力
