The role will suit a digital marketing professional with 2-3 years experience of e-commerce marketing in China including direct experience of marketing on TMall. Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy while contributing as part of a global team, you should be able to demonstrate an ability for critical strategic thinking coupled with a hands on attitude to getting the job done. Chinese and English language fluency are also key requirements for this role.

Candidate Profile:
? Relevant Marketing Degree, or equivalent experience
? 2-3 years experience of e-commerce marketing in China including direct experience of marketing on TMall
? Proven delivery of growing E-Commerce business.
? Demonstrate an ability to plan and prioritise a marketing strategy in a demand generation context.
? Demonstrate commercial focus and business acumen
? Copywriting and creative skills
? Numerical: You love number crunching and spreadsheets.
? Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
? Confident and effective communicator
? Previous experience working with budgets and negotiating agreements an advantage
? Bi-lingual in Chinese/English.
