Specific responsibilities:
Help students to understand the related courses more deeply and clearly.
Help students to improve their performance in official academic tests.
Implement AAA’s teaching strategies.
Improve teaching according to feedback from students and administrators.
Advice to students for learning strategies and skills according to their learning potential.
Help AAA for better academic recourse development.
Report to the academic director.

Job Requirements:
Education Level: Minimum four year college degree. Master or Doctor degree is preferred.
AP teaching experiences in the concerned areas.
Deep insight to education and subject areas.
Special style in teaching and communicating to students and parents.
Active, patient, loving and encouraging to students.
Flexible and supportive in schedule.
Strong class management skills.
Strong presentation capability.
Devotion and strong love for education and children.
Strong sociability for communicating with colleagues and customers.

Such synchronous teaching way helps domestic students of the class to adjust to American in a faster way, also can make students be familiar with the American textbook and laid a solid foundation for entering American University. Our school is located in MinHang , HuaCao international school community in HongQiao area. MinHang will construct International business district, The international medical park and the international culture education area and build mature, rich business , living, learning atmosphere.
