职位描述
发行与数据库助理职责范围如下:
1.更新BabyChina读者和潜在客户的数据库，能够搜索并收集与杂志方面的相关数据，来丰富杂志数据库。
2.负责该杂志的印刷量、发行；营销材料的印刷、递送；和所有印刷品的库存，确保分配过程进行顺利并正确。
3.网站更新，和最新杂志内容同步，更新网站的banner广告。
4.与更新与杂志同步的电子杂志，与IT和网络经理密切配合。
5.每周电子简报的中文内容搜索，编辑和更新。
6.积极配合社交媒体平台的构筑，能够帮助BabyChina 微信群提高知名度，和销售经理一起团队合作。
7.英语和普通话口语流利。有一定的文字驾驭能力，电话销售与和客户的交谈中有良好的沟通技巧。
8.直接对CEO作出工作汇报，报告每月数据库和发行的进展过程。能够协调好编辑和数据库团队共同进行工作。
9.婴童行业经验者优先。
The duties as Distribution and Database assistant are as follows:
1.Update BabyChina readership and potential clients’ database, be able to search and collect data for the magazine.
2.In charge of the magazine printing amount, distribution, marketing material printing and stock checking, make sure the distribution process goes smooth and correct.
3.Website update, with the latest magazine content, and update the banner Ad on the website.
4.E magazine update, work with IT and web manager.
5.Weekly newsletter content searching, editing, and update.
6.Actively work on the social media platform, be able to help BabyChina wexin group to expand, with sales and marketing manager together, as the team work.
7.English and Chinese mandarin speaking. Fine writing skill, good communication skill on telephone conversation.
8.Report to CEO directly, for the process of database, distribution and online issue. Also be able to coordinate work with editor and database team.
9.Baby industry experience will be preferential
