工作职责Job Duties：
1. 老客户维护，新客户开发；
Customers maintain and develop new customers.
2. 参与客户技术方案提供与讨论；
Participate in discuss and provide technical solution to customers.
3. 达成相应的销售计划；
Reach the sales target.
4. 销售渠道的开拓与建立；
Develop and build sales channels.
5. 市场与竞争对手的调研；
Market and competitor research.
岗位要求Requirement：
1.大专以上学历,理工科专业毕业，机电、模具、材料等；
College degree or above, majored in mechanical and electrical , mold, material etc..
2.8年以上 有铝合金汽车部件铸件行业经验；
More than 8 years of aluminum automobile parts casting industry experience;
3. 熟悉铸造设备原理及铸铝工艺者，懂布局，有销售工作经验优先考虑；
Familiar with aluminum casting process , equipment and layout, with sales experience preferred;
4. 英语读写流利；
Proficient both in written and oral english.
5. 良好的沟通能力及语言表达能力，有团队合作精神和大局意识；
Good communication skill, teamwork spirit.
6. 做事严谨、认真、有毅力，责任心和动手能力强，同时又有市场开拓能力。
Rigorous,careful,perseverance,responsible,persistent,strong hand-on ability and strong market develop ability.
