Responsibilities职责：
1.常规授课：按照学校对于授课的具体要求按质按量的完成日常的教学，尽量做到教学质量的零投诉。
2.参与教学活动的策划和执行。
3.参与教材教案研发及完善：在日常授课中，对于所用教材教案进行修改和完善。
4.学员口语测试评估。
5.班主任负责制，负责对学员的学习情况进行跟踪及协助，解决一线中出现的教学问题，提高教学服务水平。
6.配合公司其他部门做好相应协助。

Requirements 招聘要求：
1. 英语专业毕业，或有同等英语能力；
2. 口语出色，发音标准地道；
3. 熟悉英语口语小班授课方式及流程；
4. 3年以上英语口语授课经验，有2年以上商务英语背景者优先；
5. 对培训行业有热忱，擅长调动学员课程参与积极性，熟悉启发式教学；
6. 有良好的服务意识。
7. 有海外留学背景者优先。
