工作职责：
1、参与系统开发需求调研和分析；
2、独立完成业务模块分析、设计及编码；
3、协助完成项目的测试、系统交付工作，对项目实施提供技术支持；
4、指导软件工程师的日常开发工作，开发中的技术攻关；
5、保证工作效率、质量和开发进度；

职位要求：
1、2年及以上JAVA项目开发实战经验；
2、熟悉J2EE体系架构，熟悉基本的设计模式，对jsp，servlet，jdbc等基础知识扎实，熟悉JAVA主流开发框架 spring，hibernate，ibatis 有实际项目经验。 熟练应用SSH及其他如 extjs,jquery等框架；
3、熟悉Oracle，SqlServer等对象关系型数据库，有数据库设计经验，了解大数据量下数据库的性能优化；
4、具有WEB2.0个人空间类系统开发经验，熟悉一般网站的结构模式；掌握 AJAX、DWR等技术；
5、熟练使用tomcat,有使用过weblogic,websphere经验的优先，要了解其配置，优化；
6、熟练使用Oracle,做过数据库效率和性能的优先；
7、有教育、统计、CRM系统经验者优先；
