Nurun is seeking a Human Resources Director in Shanghai to partner with a seasoned executive team and spearhead talent development. This role presents the right candidate with the opportunity to develop their career in a dynamic, international and innovative environment. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY
Attracting Top Talent
With the recruiter, the HRD overseas all aspect of recruiting in order to attract top and high potential talent:
- Promote Nurun and managing the employer brand externally,
- Source professionals and experts,
- Build relationships with top schools
- Build a high quality candidate pipeline.
Creating a Great Employee Experience
Nurun is committed to making a work environment that fosters creativity, encourages collaboration and nurture professional growth. The HRD leads its team to support managers in this endeavour:
- Manage on boarding of new employees and conduct regular check-ins to gather feedback
- Coordinate of a comprehensive training and development program focused on helping our people create brilliant digital products and services
- Coordination, planning and execution of exciting company events
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to maximize employee engagement
Partnering with Managers to Build our Future
Nurun has embarked in a journey of transformation to become the leading design and technology consultancy in China. The HRD designs and implements processes to support the business plan and needs:
- Support managers in building highly performing teams and address performance issues promptly and compassionately
- Conduct retention interviews ad debrief management
- Manage the compensation and benefit policy in order to react to market pressures, to support business objectives and reward great performance
- Coach and empower employees and managers in order to find solutions to problems within legal and company practices
- Manage and develop the HR team members
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in human resources, administration or a business related field
- 5-8 year experience managing a human resources function and staff
- A recruiting experience in an agency, or a solid recruiting experience in a technology or marketing driven organization, is a plus
- Bilingual Chinese-English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to comprehend complex situations
- Flexible, organized and comfortable in fast-paced and reactive environments
