Responsibilities:
l Determine the technical needs of customers (in terms of application properties and requirements on specific processing equipment, and coating/ink/adhesives/Metal working fluids, and provide solution by lab project
l Monitor competitive and customer technical developments, new applications and new products in China and share that knowledge with the appropriate associates.
l Investigate, document and resolve customer’s technical complaints
l Working together with internal/external technical sales to support customer for trouble shooting and optimized solution.
l Assist in the training of sales agents and distributors so that they can also effectively promote company products.
l Evaluate solution in the customer service lab
l Write technical papers and create presentations that can be used to help to promote and sell company solution
l Report fully, regularly and in the proper format according

Requirements:
l Minimum of a B.S. degree in chemistry or chemical engineering; or material science or engineering plastics.
l Fluent in written and spoken English.
l Take self motivated and ownership
l Technical knowledge of coating/ink/adhesives/metal working lubricant is preferred.
l +5 years in Multi-cultural company working experience is preferred
l always willing to helps to customers, distributors and internal team
l “Be Liked” by customers, distributor and internal team
l Continuously by question and discuss instead of “no” when customers/distributor reject
