职位描述
岗位职责
1、受理电话、传真、互联网等不同形式的客房预定，将订房资料录入电脑并传达给相关部门和岗位；
2、严格遵守各项制度和操作程序；
3、为客人准确快速地办理入住登记手续，合理安排好各种房间；
4、独立安排散客或团队的房间；
5、检查当天团队房号，并与房态核实；
6、保持前台清洁整齐，检查所需表格、文具和宣传品是否齐全，并报告前台领班；
7、认真细致做好交接班工作，保证工作的延续性；
8、协助前台收银员为客人做好结帐工作。
任职资格
1、大专及以上文化程度，身高男1.7m以上，女1.6m以上；
2、具备流利英语听说能力，懂电脑操作；
3、五星级酒店同等职位一年以上工作经验者优先。

JIA Shanghai is located in the heart of the city’s shopping and entertainment area on the corner of Nanjing Road and Taixing Road. JIA Shanghai marks the first of several expansions planned as part of the newly created ‘JIA Boutique Hotels’ brand.
JIA Shanghai will feature 55 chic guestrooms including an Executive Floor of accommodation on the top level with a host of special facilities for the most discerning travellers. Other facilities in the residence will include a signature restaurant, chic lobby lounge, Fitness Facilities and a rooftop with panoramic views.
