Specific Responsibilities:
1. Collect, settle and manage producing data through Access.
2. Participate in projects as productivity improvement, raise production efficiency, reduce cycle time, etc.
3. Assist and track sample trolley’s producing. Give WO (with clear description and requirement) to production and supervise their producing behavior to ensure samples were totally the same with order.
4. Support production quality issue resolve and take countermeasure
5. In charge of domestic engineering and quality software and working platform management, such as PDM, 3D design software and database, etc.
6. Coordinate the engineering change management process among all parties involved
7. Support production preparing, such as production cell establish, process leading-in, project plan documentation and new parts / tooling list, etc.
8. Support cost reduction project and related documentation, such as material testing, etc.

Qualify:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Industrial Engineering is preferred.
2. At least 2 years related working experience
3. Familiar with Access, and other MS office software
4. IE and operation efficiency improvement experience preferred
5. 3D software ability, Solidwork preferred
6. PDM experience preferred
