职位描述：

1、原料、产品的采购工作； 根据要求负责采购质量、数量管理工作；
2、考察及挑选优质供应商；维护供应服务商的关系；
3、客户的咨询，投诉处理等工作
4.销售订单的处理，保证产品的销售流程通畅。
任职资格
1、本科及以上学历，英文、国际贸易等相关专业毕业；
2. 有较强的中英文沟通能力，能熟练处理和解决内外部突发事件；英语专业四级以上或者同等水平，能电话与国外客户高质量无障碍交流；
3、具有行业及采购管理工作2年以上经验； 有食品原料采购经验优先；
4、熟悉采购流程，熟悉采购相关质量管理体系；
5、良好采购谈判、业务能力和协调沟通能力，团队精神强；
6、能适应出差工作。
Job Title: Customer service
Major responsibilities:
1, Purchase food material and product. Manage product quality and quantity according to requirements.
2, Evaluate and select quality supplier. Maintain relationship with suppliers.
3, Reply customers’ enquiry and complain.
4, Process purchase orders.
Requirements:
1, University graduate with diploma in English or international trade.
2, Good command of both Chinese and English. Solve external and internal gusty incidents properly. Has TEM4 certificate or equivalent English level. Fluent communication with overseas customers.
3, 2 years experience in food industry and purchase management, preferably with food material purchase experience.
4, Familiar with purchase procedure and relative quality management system.
5, Good negotiation and coordination skill. Team work spirit.
6, Travel required.
