1. Knowledge in Automotive Componant or System

- Familiar wtih mechanical parts (Ex:Support, Bracket, Switch, Motor, Mirror, Door Latch, etc.)

- Knowledge of material (Plastic and metal), geometrical tolerance, interface, gap and flushness, structure, process (Stamping, molding, injection...)

- Basic knowledge of EE hardware (eg: PCB, pin, connector)

2. Design Competence

- Good ability of designing mechanical parts (3D & 2D) with CATIA V5 software

- Good ability of respecting PSA mechanical design/validation/manufacture process (CCA, CCP, PSA guideline...)

- Good ability of specification development with documentation skill

- Good ability of managing interface with partner and mechanical supplier

- Good ability of leading robustness check and officialization

- Good skill to control design quality

- Good skills of project management with timing control, communication/reporting/presentation in English

3. Experience in Vehicle Development

- Experience of automotive mechanical design

- Working experience in OEM, supplier, design service company is preferred

4. Software skills

- CATIA V5
