岗位职责:
1)建立、健全公司法律事务相关规章制度和流程，为公司制定发展战略提供法律支持；
2)负责审核公司相关的法律文件，协助参与重大项目、合同谈判工作，审核和履行法律监督职责，做好相关法律的商务支持性工作。
3)评估、审核公司经营项目的法律风险和政策风险，控制和防范公司运营中的法律风险；
4)负责解决公司各类法律纠纷与仲裁等事宜，对公司逾期款项的催收、清欠、诉讼等工作，维护公司合法权益；
5)负责撰写和审核公司对外各类协议与合同，协调解决合同履行中出现的法律问题。
6)负责为公司重大经营决策提供法律支持，控制和预防公司经营过程中可能出现的法律风险，为公司经营活动中的各项民事，经济纠纷提供法律咨询，为公司及各部门正常运营提供有效的法律保障；
7）负责香港公司和开曼公司的相关法律工作。
任职要求：
1、法学、经济法等相关专业本科及以上学历；具有律师资格证书或司法考试证书优先。
2、二年以上律所或大型企业的法务工作经验，有外资律所工作经验或外企法务经验的优先考虑；接触过开曼公司、香港公司业务或VIE结构的优先考虑。
3、具备各类法律事务的逻辑判断和分析能力、外部事务的公关能力；具有丰富的谈判能力和较强的沟通协调能力，能承受较大的工作压力。
4、精通英语，能独立用英语起草文件、合同，能用英语书写邮件并能熟练的用英语交流。
5、有较强的工作责任心和事业心、团队精神，团队领导能力。
