Main Responsibilities:
C&B parts:
-Oversee C&B implementation including employee payroll, individual tax transaction... Confirm NA team commission and follow up the result;
-Provide professional consulting and analysis on C&B to HR team and management team;
-Support HRM to conduct annual C&B programs, such as salary survey, review promotion, reward and salary adjustment cases, marketing pricing the current and new jobs;

ER parts:
-Develop and implement employee communication programs to enhance effective communication.
-Provide timely advice and counsel on ER policies and practices for site HR managers to enhance positive employee and industrial relations.
-In charge of ER budgets and expense control.

Experience/Education Required:
-Bachelor degree or above.
-At least 5 years in C&B function with at least 2 years experience on a supervisor position. Experience in manufacturing plant will be a plus.
- Rich knowledge and solutions development experience on a wide range of human resource related function
- Open-minded, energetic, self starter, quick Learner, able to work under pressure
-Initiative, and good interpersonal skill
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Excellent communications skills with different levels of the organization
