Collection: Timely collection of regional account portfolios, balancing the business needs of PTC with external customer satisfaction, responsible for resolving account balance disputes.
Credit: Perform customer risk analysis and provide supporting credit recommendation, also assist with Credit Department reporting.

Job Roles
Past Due Customer Balance Collector
? Contact customers for past due invoices, follow up accordingly and resolve disputes
? Check bank statement and provide related cash application information.
? Prepare and process timely and accurate credit memos
? Maintain frequent customer contact and timely contact to delinquent customers, responsible for weekly call volume
? Use forecast tool to report to Credit Management weekly progress of cash and aging goals
? Achieve quarterly cash and aging goals for assigned territories

Company Credit Controls Enforcer
? Use credit and maintenance holds after approval where needed to ensure timely collections and minimize bad debt
? Understand policies and procedures related to credit & collection, practice SOX compliancy

Customer Relations Representative
? Work closely with other Groups within PTC, including Sales, MNT (Maintenance), GS (Global Service), OA (Order Administration) and Accounting.
? Interact with both external and internal customers professionally and amicably
? Manage customer complaints to resolution

Customer Risk Assessor
? Gather financial, operational and credit information to assess customer credit worthiness
? Participate in review of analysis of financial statements (including ratio and trend analysis), D&B reports, bank and trade references
? Prepare customer credit summary and credit limit recommendation for approval

Reporting Analyst
? Prepare regular Credit Department reports using data warehouse, or other systems
? Assist with quarterly audit reporting requirements
? Manage daily credit and maintenance hold reports and timely reply to Sales, OA, MNT for orders not approved

Criteria
1. Korean speaking required
2. Great Communication skills and People skills
3. Good Computer skill, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
4. Fundamental Analyzing skill, time management skill and Decision Making skill required
5. Bachelor degree in business/finance/accounting preferred
6. Relevant work experience in Credit, Treasurer, Banking or Accounting preferred
7. Fluent English preferred
8. Oracle applications experience preferred
