Product Management Manager, Airside
Location: Shanghai

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :
1.Focus in product management of airside (AHU, FCU and VAV) product family in Asia Manufacturers.
2.Understand customer value and market trend, translate market requirement to product requirement and effectively understand the utility of competitive alternatives.
3.Define the product strategy and setting up airside product road map.
4.Be key coordinator and / or leader role of airside product development, VAVE, CI and OEM projects.
5.Manage the product lifecycle by closely working with sales marketing, factory and engineering team.
6.Maintain effective knowledge & best practice sharing within the organizations.
7.Deliver and maintain the qualified internal documents, product literatures and tools.
8.Effectively communicate and collaborate with all the related BU/FU/GU.

REQUIREMENT PROFILE :
1.Bachelor Degree in HVAC&R and/or above
2.Request 5-8 years or plus experience in HVAC industrial, and 2-3 years experience in functions of product management, marketing, sales is preferred
3.Good understanding on the HAVC market and related products, as well as technology and applications
4.Product management skill
5.Project management skill
6.Good presentation and communication skill
7.Good English in speaking and writing
8.Well organized and self driven
9.Good in prioritization
10.Collaboration with other organizations
