Job Description: 工作职责

n Accounts Management – Represent client’s interest in dealing with all matters relating to tenant/ landlord liability in respect of the tenancy

n 客户账户管理-代表客户的利益处理业主/承租方的所有租赁事宜

n Handle repair and maintenance enquiries and requirements

n 处理租赁房屋的维修和保养需求

n Lease extensions and renewals – Advise and prepare the terms and conditions of the lease renewal document

n 租赁续签合同 – 提供并准备续签合同的条款

n Handover & March-out Services – Document and record all inspections and follow-up actions

n Move Management – Handle client’s move and other related services and coordinate with vendor

n Ensure financial disbursements are 100% accurate

n 确保财务支出是100%的准确性

n Administration and Reporting - Prepare and maintain tenancy management database; tracking of accounts and clients; provide advance notification of lease expirations

n Provide Asset & Tenancy Management Services in all China cities as required by Management

n 提供在中国所有城市的资产及租赁管理服务

n General Brokerage – Own-sourced client base; Prepare and negotiate tenancy agreement; conduct property inspection and check–in services; reporting to Management

n Report to ATM Division Manager

n 直接汇报于资产及租赁管理部门经理

Requirements:

n Fluency in English and Mandarin required (written and spoken)

n Engineering background preferred

n Working experience in Shanghai real estate market and Property Management preferred

n Self-motivated, results oriented and good negotiations skills

n Customer service oriented

n Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, can work overtime when required

n Team player

n Proficient computer skills including MS Office applications
