Position	Accountant - Cashier
Division	Shanghai office

International real estate Company is seeking an accountant to join Shanghai Finance Division.

Position Description:

1. Shanghai service company with headquarter in Hong Kong

2. Privately-held, growing company, approx. 100 staff in the group

3. Job Location: Shanghai (浦西)

4. Report to Chief Accountant in Hong Kong

Job Requirements:

1. Good English speaking and writing capabilities

2. Proficient in Excel

3. Analytical and detailed mind

4. University graduate

5. At least accounting qualification in elementary level (初級會計)

6. With computer accounting systems experience

7. Hands on accounting entries to SAP System

8. At least 3 years accounting working experience

Job Responsibilities:

1. Custody of petty cash and cash payment

2. Handle incoming receipts and outgoing payments

3. Check staff disbursement report

4. Issue fapiaos and handle account receivable collection

5. Assist Shanghai senior accountant to handle full set of financial report and project accounting for clients base

6. Other ad hoc project assigned by HK Chief Accountant and management
