Responsibilities:

Practice in Luxury industry.
Oversee client relationships, ensuring best practice in client handling
Counsel clients confidently on corporate responsibility issues
Oversee the creation and implementation of innovative client programs
Create and execute client development plans
Full responsibility for overall financial management on accounts
Forecasting, hours allocation for team members, project & plan budgeting, managing servicing levels
Supporting business development activities including developing proposals and pitches and presenting these to clients
Supporting marketing by developing new presentations, thought pieces etc.
Identifying potential leads and areas of growth within existing clients as well as broader opportunities to develop revenue

Requirements:

Clear understanding of the importance of trust and reputation for driving organizational success
Familiarity and experience with all aspects of corporate reputation programs including appropriate use of communication and engagement channels and media, particularly digital media
Experience of managing large-scale projects including those that involve crisis or ‘difficult’ messages such as product quality , transformations etc.
Able to interact and build confidence with senior business leaders within Ogilvy and our clients
Good understanding of research and measurement techniques
Highly adaptable and able to work across a number of clients and projects, managing them all confidently and with a high level of competence
Excellent verbal communications skills and solid negotiation skills with ability to manage client expectations against budget / results
Excellent planning, organizational and program management skills, particularly relating to the development and ongoing management of employee engagement programs
Professional communication experiences in Auto industry would be a big plus
Ability to think creatively and ensure good level of creative output across the team
Language ability: Fluent in both speaking and written English.
