Job responsibilities:
1.Lead and work with team to define SOR and DFMA, working with program team to clearfiy cutomers requirements and work with GSM to collection the out sourcing components status.
负责与开发团队其他成员一起定义产品开发需求与DFMA, 与项目团队一起收集客户对产品的需求，以及与采购部门一起收集外围部件的技术状态
2.Define system structure, test requirement (engine dyno and on road) and work with test engineer to define test rigs
定义产品结构及系统试验要求,与试验工程师协作定义产品测试设备
3.Products layout sketch and work with design group to release the formal drawing
出具产品总布置设计草图以及于设计部门沟通完成产品的最终图纸发布
4.Mange products devlopment timeline and submit design review and report to products devlopment leader periodically
管理产品开发时间表，定期体表设计开发状态以及向产品开发主管提交工作报告
5.Communication with global techinical team to define system ceritifation criteria
与全球开发团队沟通定义系统认证标准
Job requirement:
1.Bachelor degree or above in Engine or mechanical related
发动机工程或机械相关工程专业本科以上学位
2.3 years work experience in automobile power train or diesel after-treatment mechatronics system
在汽车行业动力总成或柴油机后处理机电系统具备产品系统开发3年以上工作经历
3.Familar with engine and related production devlopment process
熟悉发动机及其相关部件产品开发流程
4.Good at mechanical desing standard
熟悉国内外机械设计标准
5.Familar with CAD software ( such as CATIA, AutoCAD ect)
熟悉CAD设计软件
6.Familar with electronic control system
熟悉电控系统
7.Ability to assert yourself, team capability and flexibility as well as a high degree of initiative and personal responsibility
