Experience of wheeled goods preferred!

Responsibilities:
1. Manage all technical details for new product development, make sure the suppliers fully understand and meet the company's quality requirements.
2. Revise manual and artwork to ensure it conforms to test protocol and customer requirement.
3. Secure productions for all products, ensure on-time delivery.
4. Support Merchandisers to get the right samples, tooling and packaging completed within the time frame.
5. Work with the suppliers for all the tests, help the suppliers to understand with the test standards, prepare the right testing samples and pass the tests.

Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Have a High degree of Passion for Innovation and product design and development.
2. Minimum 4 year university degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred); at least two years' relevant working experience.
3. 3D modeling and 2D drawing skills preferred; Experience in Adobe Illustrator preferred.
4. Has experience in new product launch and high volume manufacturing.
5. Demonstrated skill in problem solving, have passion and "Can-Do-Attitude", high interests of "hands-on" to the products.
6. Creative thinking, Self-motivated and must be able to work under pressure and tight schedules, with regular traveling in China.
7. Good communication skills and team player.
8. Good in English (written and oral) and Mandarin (written and oral).
9. Must have strong computer skills, email, Word, Excel, etc.
