Brief Description

This position is responsible for the management and protection of the company's Asia accounts receivable assets through prudent credit decisions, cash collection and follow-up customers and the enforcement of credit collection policies in the field, resulting in maximizing company sales and profits.

Detailed Description？？？？？？？

1.？ Implement and maintain the effective use of credit evaluation model, Sales Force and D&B credit management projects/tools in line with corporate policies and standards.

2.？ Develop yearly targets for DSO and overdue in cooperation with the respective sales and finance organizations

3.？ Review customer sales contract/ order and coordinate credit limit approval process.

4.？ Provide guidelines to C&C team for cash collection, recording of customer payments and problem solving by coordinating between internal services (sales, sales support, business finance and local finance) and external contacts (customers).

5.？ Supervises AR/C&C team and ensure monthly closing on time.

6.？ Provide adequate reporting, timely and accurate consultation to sales teams.

7.？ Review the collection and credit management process performance and make recommendations for improvement.

8.？ Finalize credit files, ensure updating, processes credit limits administratively.

9.？ Maintain the stability of AR balance by regular AR confirmation.

10.C&C Team buildup and supervision.


11.Other tasks assigned by SSC Manager.？？？？？？？？？？


Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above in accounting, Economics, finance, or relate filed.

2. At least 5 years of experience in corporate credit management, i.e. banking trade team, credit insurance, finance AR team, with proven experience in credit risk control and advisory

3. Be proficient in MS office and ERP system

4. Ability to work comfortably in a cross function/cultural teams, with excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication skill in both speaking &written of Mandarin & English(Korean or Japanese speaking is a plus) 5. Good business sense and problem-solving capability.
