Job Description:

1. Expenses and cost booking, including: cash/bank account journal, accounts payables and receivables, fixed assets, and etc.
2. Prepare bank reconciliation and follow up on the outstanding items Tax bureau issues.
3. Finance data sorting and preparing to submit with ready data
4. Reporting schedule and collection
5. Filing accounting documents both for hard and soft copies
6. IS coordinator, commication with other functions
7. Commodity forward hedging, Insurance, Real estate reporting, contract management


Qualifications:

1. College graduate or above,major in Accounting
2. Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. 2 years working experience is preferred
5. Responsible, proactive, conscientious, enthusiastic and willing to learn
6. Expertise in using MS office applications
