职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for providing human resources services in full range to local staff from staffing, compensation & benefits (C&B), performance evaluation management, employee relation, training, HRIS for AREVA Services;
2. Recruitment: Responsible for screening and selection of Technical & Professional positions; Campus recruitment and school relationship
3. Staff in and out: Administer and follow up the employment procedure such as staff in and out, internal transfers, offer letter and contract preparation, on-board orientation… etc to ensure employment/termination formalities are completed in a timely manner;
4. Employee information and files: Update and maintain staff information records and personnel documents;
5. Training: Assist to set up the training plan and organization of training programs;
6. Reporting: Preparation of statutory reports and management reports, headcount report. etc.
7. C&B: Manage Salary Survey, market benchmark, salary band, salary review, bonus review, C&B projects;
8. Performance evaluation management: Administrator of performance evaluation process;
9. Work with external vendor to manage employment, payroll, training, ensuring it is compliant with country law and regulation.
10. HR projects: Assist the facilitation of any HR projects or related projects
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree, major in Human Resource, Law or related
? High energy level with strong customer service mindset & can-do attitude
? >8 years working experience in HR function;
? Familiar with HR recruitment, training module and C&B module is plus;
? Good command of MS office software application, especially Excel.
? Fluent in both written and spoken English, French is a plus;
? Excellent communication and presentation skill;
? Detail oriented and respect deadlines;
? Ability to work under pressure;
? Based in HaiYan,
