Job Description

Siebel-CRM professionals design, configure and implement a full spectrum of Siebel applications.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

Be responsible for business requirement analysis, application design and assembly test during the implementation;

Support the Test Scripts review, SIT and UAT testing, Product Support, training materials as needed;

Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems;

Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals;

Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems;

Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor degree above;

Siebel CRM background preferred;

At least 2 years of Business Analyst and Functional Designer experience;

Good PPT Master;

Good communication skills and can work under pressure;

Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable.

Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment;

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;

Desire to work in an information systems environment;

Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
