职位描述
DESCRIPTION:
- Holistic and End-to-End view of Lead to Cash in Network Equipment Industry (Ericsson, ALU, NSN,…)
- Responsible for design updates to Business Process Architecture and Guiding Principles, including business scenarios, process integration and data flow, and requirements for supporting IT systems
- Collaborate with deployment / adoption team to ensure fit with local country needs
- Address specific business issues with integration such as contract handshake, resource planning and scheduling, supply chain, project financials estimation and variance reporting.
- Bring forward industry practices to support the design/improvement of the LTC solution
Profile
- 10 to 15 years of experience in Lead-to-Cash capability development for pre-contract /post contract capabilities;
- Functional depth in B2B sales and fulfillment, including lead generation, opportunity management, sales decision making, organization & incentives, pipeline management, forecasting, contract management, equipment configuration and fulfilment, project delivery
- Understanding of customer facing business process and integration with the functional processes Manage Contract Execution, Plan and Manage Project, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance and integration points
- Understanding of industry business scenarios
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to simplify complex issues and lead the resolution of those issues
