Day to Day Responsibilities:
日常职能：
1. Design and develop software according to the design specification and software development processes;
根据设计规范以及软件开发流程设计和开发软件；
2. Participate in functional reviews, test specifications, code review, and performance optimization.
参与功能评价、测试规范、代码审查及性能优化；
3. Participate in the discussion of long-term development direction, work and pull together;
参与讨论产品的中长期发展方向，群策群力；
4. Create structure design and detail design documents;
创建结构设计和详细设计文档；
5. Resolve software bug and provide hotfix timely, work out implementation strategies to prevent the problem from happening again;
及时处理产品问题并提交修复补丁，制订应对策略防止问题再度发生；
6. Quickly learn new technology and create optimized implementations;
能很快学习新技术并提出优化实施方法；
7. Actively involved in product management program and make it a success story;
积极参与产品管理项目并使其获得成功；
8. Provide adequate and timely weekly status reporting on assigned tasks;
为指定任务提供适当并及时的每周状态报告；
9. Performs other related duties as assigned.
执行其他的职责相关任务。

Requirements:
要求：
1. Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science, EE, Telecommunication or related field;
计算机科学、电子电气、通信工程或其他相关专业本科以上学历；
2. More than 5 years experience in Software engineering development;
五年以上软件工程开发经验；
3. Knowledge of software development process, software quality assurance and project management;
了解软件开发流程、软件质量保证以及项目管理；
4. Proficiency in the use of multi process, multi thread, co-routine and shared memory system, familiar with network development
熟练使用多进程、多线程、协程及共享内存进行系统开发，熟悉网络开发；
5. Familiar with at least 2 kinds of development language: C/C++, JAVA or C#, and have development and debugging experience;
至少熟悉C/C++、JAVA或C#中的2种开发语言，有开发和调试的经验；
6. Familiar with at least 2 kinds of database: MySQL, Oracle or SQL Server, and have development and debugging experience;
至少熟悉MySQL、Oracle或SQL Server中的2种数据库，有开发和调试的经验；
7. Familiar with at least 2 kinds of interface: MCF, WPF, Qt, OpenGL, and have rich experience in interface development;

9. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.

12. Obtain profession certificate of computer, automatic and communication information is preferable.
持有初、中级技术职称者(计算机、自动化和通信信息专业)优先。

In 2000, Airlink established its China headquarters: Shanghai Airlink Technologies Co. Ltd. and obtained the highest class “Design and Installation” certificate issued by Shanghai Public Security Bureau. In order to enhance its technical capability, Airlink set up R&D team and obtained the title of “High and New Technology Enterprise of Shanghai” awarded by the Shanghai Municipal Government in the same year. Airlink has successfully accomplished a number of major security system projects for airports, banks, governments and multi-national corporations.
