工作职责:
1. 带领团队的市场推广员在指定地点寻找目标客户群派发英孚的英语宣传单张及搜集目标客户资料信息，邀约客户现场到访，完成指定的工作指标；
2. 为潜在客户传递活动的信息及简述英孚教育的语言培训产品及服务；
3. 市场推广员的管理：包括面试，培训，指导及工作的分配；
4. 支持市场部的各项市场调研和宣传推广活动；
5. 每周向主管汇报工作情况,进行分析总结,提出推广活动的建议和意见。

基本要求:
1. 工作积极,性格外向, 善于沟通, 能吃苦耐劳,能承受压力, 积极主动，接受及应变能力强，能独立工作,自信热情,有亲和力,有相关行业工作经验者优先
2. 有一定的管理及组织能力，责任心强，以团队为中心
3. 二年以上工作经验，有从事过教育培训行业或快销品行业者优先。
4. 英语良好

Job Description:
Conduct outdoor promotion activities, draft monthly promotion plan, and monitor staffing and leads tracking.
Coordinate with vendors and ensure expected project quality.
Implement in-center promotion plans.
Organize indoor or outdoor customer activities.
To generate leads by marketing channels
To fulfill personal and team targets
To work out and execute marketing activities
To manage and motivate team members
To coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers
To understand competitor situation in the market
Assist in developing marketing materials
Assistant Mrk manager to executive onsite Mrk activities and bring back leads via activities;
Assistant Mrk manager to train/ lead the Mrk promoters team;

Requirements:
Diploma or above in related fields, one-year or above related work experiences, and knowledge in designing marketing and promotion materials.
Responsible and devoted with team work spirit.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
2+ years working experience
Strong communication skill (Can efficiently engage team player or other supporting teams, e.g. logistics)
A good team player
With good time management skill and is able to work over time when necessary
Is able to work under pressure
fluent in conversational and written English
