JOB SUMMARY
This position will lead a team of qualified and trained accounting professionals to execute & control site finance and accounting activities, support management team with accurate & timely report & information, internal control and maintain good relationship with local government, bank & statutory auditors.
本职位将带领团队执行工厂的财务工作，支持管理层进行精确及时的汇报和内部控制，并与当地政府银行、审计机构保持良好的合作关系。

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead, train and manage Finance team with qualified & professional accounting to execute and control site finance and accounting function.
专业地领导、培训及管理工厂的财务团队。
2. Costing management and cost and overhead control and reduction.
成本控制和减少
3. Maintain integrity of accounting records and transactions in accordance to International Accounting Principles, China local statutory requirements and Hi-P corporate policies & procedure.
根据国际会计准则，中国法规及赫比政策，维护财务记录和报表。
4. Handle local tax & tax refund, foreign exchange, statutory audit, business regulations with compliance of China laws & regulations and minimize Hi-P statutory exposure in China.
办理地方税和退税、外汇交易、法定审计及符合中国法律的业务准则。
5. Support management team with accurate and timely financial and accounting information for decision making.
为管理层提供准确及时的财务信息，以支持决策判断。
6. Analyze financial information to reflect operational performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
分析财务信息以反映运营状况，为持续改进提出建议。
7. Perform and improve internal control
改进内部控制
8. Submit monthly reports requested by Corp Fin & Financial Controller accurately and timely.
向总部财务部及财务总监提供月度报表。
9. Enhance FA management and perform FA count.
加强财务分析管理。
10. Effective cash management and perform rolling cash flow forecast.
有效地进行现金管理，对流动现金流进行预测。

REQUIREMENT
1. Bachelor degree or above major in Finance or Accounting
本科及以上学历，财务或会计专业
2. At least 5 years of relevant working experience in similar position and industry
至少5年以上相关职位及行业的工作经验
3. Hands on experience on SAP or similar computerized accounting software
熟悉SAP系统或相关的财务系统
4. Good management skills
良好的管理能力
5. Good communication and inter- personal skills with the ability to interact with different levels of people
良好的沟通能力，能应对与不同层级人员的沟通
6. Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
良好的英文书面及口语能力
