JOB SUMMARY
1. Provide CR to Business Department on time for new project quotation;
为了新的项目报价，及时地向业务拓展部门提供客户需求。
2. Successfully manage project till mass production smoothly;
成功地管理项目，直至顺利量产。
3. Control project cost within budget;
保证项目成本在预算内。
4. Make customer satisfactory;
维护客户满意度。

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide CR to Business Department on time for new project quotation to customer;
为了新的项目报价，及时地向业务拓展部门提供客户需求。
2. Team forming after project confirmed by customer;
在客户确认项目后，建立项目团队。
3. Managing project as team leader according to project management flow to meet project important milestones with high quality and good service;
根据项目管理流程管理项目，以高质量和良好的服务满足项目的重要节点。
4. Communicate with and support customer as project only window;
作为项目的唯一窗口，与客户沟通并支持客户。
5. Budget application and project cost control in project management;
申请预算并控制成本。
6. Arrange project internal transfer to factory and support factory for mass production smoothly;
安排项目内部转移至工厂，并支持工厂运作至顺利量产。
7. Distribute project drawings to relative departments, SAP and BOM application, and project documentation control;
分发项目工程图给相关部门，申请SAP和BOM，管控项目文件。
8. Lead and manage his team and support department head’s work.
管理项目团队，支持上级的工作。

REQUIREMENT
1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering (require)
本科及以上学历，工程类专业背景。
2. PMP trained/certified (preferred)
具有PMP证书优先考虑。
3. At least 5 years project/product management experience
至少5年的相关项目管理经验
4. Leadership and organizational skills
良好的领导能力和组织能力
5. Experienced in handling large engineering project,especially mechanical and EMS project management
具有大型项目的管理经验，特别是机构件和EMS项目经验
6. Proficient in English and Mandarin, able to communicate with both local and foreign customers
精通英语和普通话，能与国内和国外客户良好沟通
7. Base in Wuzhong District, Suzhou
