JOB OBJECTIVES:

The position to be filled is shift operator:

岗位为：装置倒班操作员

Be responsible for shift operation and supervision of plant, including utilities, loading station etc.

负责装置倒班操作运行及当班期间对装置的监管，包括公用工程、基础设施及装卸站等运行操作及监管

To be assumed executive responsible to shift team leader, report Line is plant manager.

工作执行报告为当班班长，并行政报告线为装置经理

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. operates plant on the DCS and site in compliance with the operating manuals, company procedures and the instruction from the shift team leader; line walk the plant regularly

按照装置操作程序、公司程序及班长指示，在DCS及现场操作和监管装置工艺运行，开展定期装置巡检；

2. Monitors carefully trends on DCS and reports abnormalities to the shift leader

精心监控DCS工艺运行趋势，及时向班长报告不正常状况；

3. Operates loading/unloading facility for product tank loading as well as off-spec and residue unloading according to the operation procedures

根据操作程序负责装卸站操作，即负责装置产品装车、不合格料卸车及废油（残液）的装车；

4. Understands the shift technician role & according shift team leader or plant manager instruction, executes the shift supervisor’s responsibilities if the shift supervisor is unavailable for some reason

对操作员岗位要求明白理解，按班长或装置经理的安排，在班长因事不能当班的情况下行使倒班班长的职责；

5. Takes an accurate, efficient hand-over to the next shift

负责准确有效地班组上下班交接；

6. -cooperates in the plant maintenance and lab sampling tec.

与装置的维修人员及分析人员合作，开展日常维修及工艺取样分析
